Our next Baptism service is on April 26. If you’ve decided to follow Jesus or have been walking with Him but never been baptized, this could be your next step. Fill out the commitment form by April 12.

Study Day 

Friday, May 1, 9 AM – 10 PM | Brader Way 

College students, join us for free food, study space, and community, and close the night with worship at 8 PM. Bring your friends! Not in college? Volunteer with us. Whether you’re donating food, helping set up, or serving throughout the day, you make Study Day happen.

Madison Missions

Madison Missions is a camp-like experience for students who have just completed sixth, seventh, and eighth grade. Our vision is to create a fun, Christ-centered, and service-focused experience, right here in Madison.

A course for older adults to reflect on their life experiences, walk with God, and connect their story to His. You’ll create a spiritual autobiography to share with future generations.

Child Dedication is a meaningful step where you commit to raising your child to know and love God and invite your community to be part of that journey. Services are held throughout the year at all Blackhawk locations, and our Child Dedication class is required before participating. The class connects you with other families, covers why we dedicate children, and walks you through writing a personal blessing to guide your parenting.

Foundations for Following Jesus Course

Tuesdays, April 14 – May 19, 6:30 PM | Brader Way

In this foundational course, you’ll spend six weeks learning key beliefs and practices for following Jesus. Topics include why we gather for worship, what we believe, how to discern your gifts, prayer, baptism, living in community, and reading Scripture. This course is for anyone who is new to their faith, looking for a next step after Alphα, or who feels like they never learned some of these foundational beliefs.

Red Cross Blood Drive

Join us as we partner with the American Red Cross to donate blood for our greater community.

Summer Internships

Applications due April 15

Internships are experiences that provide opportunities to explore vocational ministry, discover your gifts and passions, and discern vocational and service paths,  all within the context of a local church.

When Things Get Sticky: A Spiritual Care Workshop

Sunday, April 19, 1 PM | Brader Way

Sometimes caring for others means walking with people through complex and difficult situations. This workshop equips volunteers with practical tools for assessing needs, responding with calm and grace, connecting people to the right support, and praying Scripture with confidence.

High School Ministry at the Waterpark

Thursday, June 25, 8:30 AM – 6 PM | Noah’s Ark Waterpark, Lake Delton, WI

Blackhawk High School Ministry is headed to Noah’s Ark Water Park for a day away full of water slides, wave pools, and a ton of fun! This trip is open to all students who have just finished 9th-12th grade. We will ride together on buses, enjoy a lunch, and spend a fun day in the sun. Be sure to invite your friends—this is a perfect way to kick off the summer together!
