Facilities Requests

Our Brader Way and Fitchburg sites are used throughout the week by both ministry and community events/groups. If you would like to request use of either space, please first review our guidelines document in its entirety and then complete the Blackhawk Room Request Form.

Due to the business of the season, we are not accepting additional room requests until January. Thank you for your understanding!
